Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Psychotherapist is a pivotal contributor in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to individuals participating in outpatient programs. This master’s-level clinician is responsible for providing individual and group therapy, conducting comprehensive intake assessments, and ensuring the timely completion of clinical documentation to maintain continuity of care. This a hybrid (three days onsite, two remote) is ideally suited for an experienced (2+ years post licensure), highly compassionate clinician with a robust foundation in protocol-driven, evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to assisting patients in managing acute mental health conditions within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting. Location Remote Key Responsibilities Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, utilizing empirically supported treatment approaches. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in strict compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Participate actively in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings. Adhere to structured therapy protocols and programmatic models of care to ensure clinical consistency and excellence. Respond effectively to clinical crises and strictly observe established risk-management procedures. Required Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work Current independent or associate clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW) Prior clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning. Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
