Oracle is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for storage, memory, and emerging technologies supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premises platforms. This highly visible role is critical to managing supply in constrained infrastructure categories, including SSDs, HDDs, DRAM, and NAND.The ideal candidate will drive commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, long-term capacity planning, and supply chain resiliency. Drive long-term supplier strategy, including executive-level engagement with key industry partners (e.g., memory manufacturers and storage OEMs). Execute multi-year capacity planning and supply assurance strategies in highly constrained markets, including die and generation transitions.Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence architecture decisions and align sourcing strategy with technology roadmaps. Key driver and lead for commercial negotiations, including pricing frameworks, supply agreements, and strategic partnerships. Drive cost optimization while balancing performance, quality, and supply risk across the product lifecycle. Establish risk mitigation strategies, price benchmarking, including dual sourcing, geographic diversification, and contingency planning.
