Lawn technician

Job Description

The lawn technician plays a crucial role within a small team, assisting in maintaining the aesthetic and health of residential and commercial properties. Reporting to the lead technician, this year-round position involves hands-on lawn care with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, especially during seasonal peak periods.

Responsibilities

Mow lawns to specified standards
Perform edging along walkways and borders
Apply weed control treatments effectively
Conduct regular fertilization of lawns
Engage with customers professionally
Clean up properties post-service

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in lawn care and maintenance
Familiarity with operation of lawn care equipment
Strong customer service skills
Effective time management abilities
