Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
• Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion

• Meet with home buyers and help them navigate the purchase process
• Build relationships with clients and understand their real estate goals
• Show homes and help buyers identify properties that fit their needs
• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Follow up with appointments using our CRM and proven systems
• Provide an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business
• Maintain an organized pipeline and appointment calendar

Qualifications:

• Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
• Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
• Driven to succeed in sales and in life

• Active Real Estate License

• Full-time availability

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using technology
• Organized and dependable
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
