Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) PART-TIME

Pay Rate: $75–$120/hour or $80,000–$120,000 annual salary (depending on the billable hours you do)
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person
Schedule: Part-time (10–20 billable hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.

• Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.

• Stay Compliant & Ethical: We keep it tight—aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

✅ Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
✅ Have 1+ years of ABA experience (bonus points for school or home-based work!)
