Navigator/Digital Champion

The PositionThe OpportunityThe Navigator/Digital Champion identifies automation, reporting, analytics, and AI opportunities within their function and shepherds those initiatives through intake, prioritization, solution shaping, testing, and adoption.This role is accountable not only for identifying opportunities but for driving change, enabling adoption, and ensuring realized value within the function. This position also has a key and measurable impact on the integrity of financial reporting and the quality of data-driven decision support within the function.Key Responsibilities:Analytical Execution: Translating functional direction into standardized, high-quality analytical outputs and reports.P&L Integrity:Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of P&L data and functional planning.Forecasting Support: Supporting disciplined forecasting through rigorous analysis and building structured scenario views to aid decision processes.Process Standardization:Simplifying and standardizing financial processes to improve consistency and scale across the organization.Data Management: Coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure aligned delivery and using systems thinking to manage upstream and downstream data dependencies.Key Stakeholders: Partner with senior commercial leaders, cross-functional stakeholders in CE and DDA, and the broader Finance organization.Level of Influence:Must influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resources.Network Building: Building strong, collaborative networks across CE, DDA, and Finance to translate P&L performance into strategic narratives.Who You AreUniversity degree with a business or life sciences focus; Master’s (MBA or equivalent) or professional accounting certification preferred.Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance related field and ability to fully understand a P&L.In-depth Financial knowledge and ability to work under pressureFlexibility and sense of urgency.Strong proficiency in financial reporting systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.Ability to leverage digital and AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation.Ability to translate complex directions into executable financial outputs with precision.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $130,800 - $243,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
