Qualifications - External

• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application.
• Must be able to read and write in English and conduct basic math.
• The ability to work overtime including weekends.
• Willingness and ability to work any shift.
• Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, carry and pull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts.
• Ability to work in teams is required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Responsibilities

Install/assemble components for heavy duty trucks.
Use computer systems to access company data associated with the assembly process.
Utilize drawings, bill of materials, and specification sheets in both electronic and hard copy.
Understand and utilize LEAN principles as they pertain to the assembly process.
Maintain a clean workstation that promotes safety and pride in the product.
Operate the following tools and equipment: Jigs and Fixtures, Henrob equipment, Pneumatic and DC Tools for fasteners and assembly of heavy duty.

This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-

Mount Holly, NC US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
