Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in an Overnight shift role. As an Overnight (RN) Supervisor, you will provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, ensure quality of care for patients, and collaborate with a team of registered nurses to supervise clinical operations. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide direction and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel, demonstrating professional judgment, using problem-solving techniques, and time-management principles
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills to develop a rapport with clients, their families, and health team members
• Ensure quality of care for patients by communicating with certified nurse aids, guiding and educating them, exchanging information, and providing special considerations
• Collaborate with a team of registered nurses to supervise clinical operations of evening, nights, and weekends
• Provide leadership for the highest quality care and services to residents of the facility

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN licensure
• ACLS and/or CHPN preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• New Graduates are welcome to apply with no experience necessary
