It helps to drive inclusion initiatives within talent management. It also helps with talent-related communication strategies and with managing talent management projects, contributing to strategic HR priorities and initiatives.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Contributing to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiativesAssisting in the delivery of talent development programs based on organizational needs and talent gapsParticipating in the design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programsFacilitating the adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experienceEngaging with stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventionsSupporting the execution of talent-related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagementAssisting with the management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR prioritiesFacilitating the nomination and selection process for internal and external talent development programsConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
