Wound Care Nurse LPN / RN

Position: Wound care Nurse LPN or RN - $5000 Sign On Bonus

NHC Somerville is looking for one LPN or RN to join our Nursing Team, as Wound Care Nurse ! Wound Care Certification is not required, but preferred...with the expectation to become Wound Care Certified in the future.


Responsibilities include:

• working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment
• development of individualized patient plans of care
• maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families
• assuring that appropriate nursing wound care is being provided
• assisting with meds and treatments as needed
• other patient care duties as assigned.
