Job Description And Duties Under the general direction of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), IT Manager I (ITM I) has full supervisory and oversight responsibility for the Security Operations Center (SOC) Section within the Enterprise Architecture & Security Branch, Technology Services Division (TSD). The ITM I provides guidance and leads security response, forensics, threat monitoring, and threat hunting activities to ensure that the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) and Local County Offices (LCSAs) stay protected. Special Requirements Position requires a Background Investigation to be cleared prior to being hired. Fingerprint/Criminal Record Clearance is required before hire.
