Back End Developer

Salary: $200,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience at a leading quantitative trading firm, such as Jane Street, Optiver, XTX, Old Mission, or a comparable firm
• Strong, production-grade C++ skills
• Understanding of market microstructure and live trading systems under load
• Prioritize reliability and build robust systems
• Ability to serve as the first engineer and take end-to-end ownership of a system
• Familiarity with modern C++, low-latency execution, market connectivity, market data, exchange or venue integration, and distributed high-throughput infrastructure
• Preferred: exposure to prediction markets, event contracts, or other emerging asset classes
• Preferred: experience joining a startup early or building systems from scratch

• Build from scratch the core systems that enable institutions to trade prediction markets at scale
• Design and develop low-latency execution, venue connectivity, and supporting infrastructure in C++
• Work directly with our founders to determine what to build and set priorities
• Establish the engineering standards, tools, and architecture for our growing team

The role is based on-site in New York City, five days a week, with compensation of up to $200,000 plus equity.
