Description LIFE CARE PROFESSIONAL – IN-HOME CAREGIVER Position: In-Home Caregiver (Life Care Professional) Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per Hour based on Certifications and Experience Job Type: Part Time Schedule: Morning Shifts Available Location: Strasburg, OH (and surrounding areas within a 25-30 mile radius) Looking for meaningful work where you can truly make a difference? What You’ll Do As a Life Care Professional, you’ll provide supportive home care that helps clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Our caregivers may: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily routines Support mobility, transfers, and safety in the home Provide specialized home care for individuals with spinal cord injuries, TBI, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and age-related conditions Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support that every caregiver knows is essential Document care updates using simple smartphone tools Communicate with the care team to ensure the highest level of home care Every caregiver plays a vital role in helping our clients thrive at home. Required High School Diploma or equivalent Age 18 or older Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 25-30 mile radius Ability to lift 25 lbs. independently Comfortable using smartphones/mobile apps Dependable, compassionate caregiver mindset Additional requirements may vary based on client assignment.
