Per Diem Home Infusion RN — Independent Patient Care

SyncNurse LLC is seeking per diem registered nurses for home infusion coverage. You will deliver one‑on‑one patient care and education in the home, place and maintain PIVs, and administer IV infusions and medications safely and efficiently. Nurses with backgrounds in Emergency Department, Infusion Center, Preoperative, Home Health, Critical Care, or Transport are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with IVIG and TPN are preferred. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one patient care and education in the comfort of the patient's own home Utilize clinical IV skills by placing and maintaining peripheral IVs (PIVs) Administer IV infusions and medications safely and efficiently Accurately document all patient care and clinical findings Requirements Current active Arizona RN license or valid Compact Nurse License (NLC) Current BLS certification Proof of nursing liability insurance (we can help you obtain) IV/infusion experience preferred — ED, ICU, Infusion Center, Home Health, or Transport background a plus Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in patient homes #J-18808-Ljbffr SyncNurse, LLC
