The Sr. HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management is designated service lines. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Acts as a liaison to site management to ensure HR processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. Provides advice and consultation to management on HR related issues.
