Your Purpose as a Sales Professional:

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process using a consultative, customer-focused Mercedes sales approach.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional Mercedes service and creating a positive buying experience.
• Conduct vehicle Mercedes presentations and test drives that effectively communicate vehicle features, benefits, and value.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Mercedes vehicle inventory, manufacturer programs, and industry trends to confidently assist customers.
• Complete and process all sales-related documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with dealership, state, and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals while developing the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction
• Dedication to creating a remarkable guest experience.
• Ambition and drive to accomplish sales goals while achieving high guest satisfaction
• Prior sales experience required
