As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees and patients.# # ***Day in the Life of a Dosing Nurse**** Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical providers orders.* Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.* Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.* Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation including assessing for impairment.* Ensuring medication count is accurate and completed daily.* Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.* Participate in nursing team meetings and cross treatment meetings.* Connecting with patients, offering true empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.# ***Education and Experience requirements**** **Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License** issued in the state in which they will be practicing or a multi-state compact status license. + License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.* **3+ years of nursing experience** is preferred.* **Strong phlebotomy skills**, experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.* **Active and current CPR or BLS certification** is preferred.# ***Schedule**** Monday-Friday; 4:45am–12:45pm* Rotating Saturday; 6:00am–8:30am# ***Position Benefits**** **More 1 on 1 care*** **Consistent schedule.** Early in time and out time, no 12-hour shifts nor is there a 2nd or 3rd shift.
