Family Medicine Physician

Compensation: $315,000 annually (Base + Production + Quality bonuses)

Position Overview

The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesdays Off
Typical patient volume: 2125 visits per day
Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks

Compensation & Bonuses

Total earnings > $315,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
Retention Bonuses:
? $8,000 after 2 and 3 years
? $8,500 after 5 and 7 years
? $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

NP Collaborative Agreements: $1,000 per agreement, annually (up to 5 APRNs)

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
