Medical/Surgical Oncology Registered NurseWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team on 4S at our Boise Medical Center. Four South Oncology is a 24-bed medical/surgical oncology unit caring for patients across the cancer continuum, from diagnosis through treatment and end-of-life care. We are home to Idaho's only autologous and allogeneic blood and bone marrow transplant (BMT) program and, since 2022, CAR-T cell therapy. New RNs have extensive oncology-specific opportunities to grow, including cancer basics, chemotherapy administration, BMT and CAR-T cell therapy, supportive care, adolescent oncology, and outpatient infusion. Our patients are high acuity, with typical RN-to-patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4, providing nurses the opportunity to develop strong oncology skills while caring for complex patients and families.
