Project Manager – Construction Industry

Location: Phillipsburg, NJ (On-site, Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between manufacturing, construction teams, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all phases of steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinating schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Leading project kickoff meetings and attending jobsite meetings.
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and resolving project challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (no need to create them).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working on-site five days a week.
