We are searching for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic ability, excellent communication skills, and the drive to represent our family business at a high level.The Lead Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide spectrum of HVAC equipment including specialty systems, communicating platforms, geothermal applications, and high-rise mechanical setups. This role requires a technician with exceptional problem-solving ability and experience across multiple disciplines within HVAC technology.
