The Project Manager's goal is to create a phenomenal client experience with communication and project execution beyond industry standards. This is achieved by creating proactive communication, accelerated follow up, anticipating concerns, and resolving issues. Must be able to handle a high volume of projects with quick and varying timelines.

What you'll do:

• Maintain constant communication with clients on open projects
• Work within client and vendor timelines, as well as with various team members to schedule installs and
• maintain communication to minimize preventable reschedules
• Meet with clients, project consultants, and other cross-functional team members at the client site to provide proper project
• management oversight and responsibilities
• Regularly visit installation sites and/or client walk-throughs to develop client relationships and expand project knowledge
• Coordinate with client’s onsite requirements as needed, including working with building management, general
• contractors, data and electrical teams, and outside vendors
• Ensure all project information is updated live as changes and updates occur, and that it is accessible by
• all pertinent team members
• Persistent oversight of punch items to minimize project cycle time and project closeout
• Communicate with clients every week to update them on the project status
• Facilitate the daily morning huddles to provide project status updates to pertinent team members
• Management of punch process, including filing and following up on claims, keeping clients and necessary team members

• Project Manager’s responsibility to ensure the client has been acknowledged.
• Continuously review, analyze, and recommend to the Manager of Project Operations changes and enhancements improve operating efficiencies and business expansion ·
• Work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an organized manner with attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and professionalism
• Serve as primary client contact during project implementation and manage issues in an efficient manner
• Participate in status meetings and reporting, i.e. tracking timeline, scope, and project alignment
• Lead as a project subject matter expert, working cross-functionally to provide technical project assistance both internal and external
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in various departments for client success
• Meet with the Manager of Project Operations regularly to review the status of all open orders and punch items.

What you'll need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
• Project management experience is a plus
• Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping, and computing skills
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and clients with different timelines and demands

Status: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 4:30pm in-office
