What You'll Do

Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process within hospital standards
Assess patient needs and implement effective care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Delegate and direct care activities to licensed and ancillary team members
Educate patients and families on health management and procedures
Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Document care activities accurately and timely
Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

Active RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of applicable nursing experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Proficiency in healthcare software and communication skills

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty
