Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help us grow our services in the Phoenix Metro Area, the fifth-largest metro area in the US. This is a remarkable opportunity to join a large, multistate occupational health program and add your knowledge and skill to our collegial team of Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and amazing support staff. Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infections and hazardous material exposures.
