Mobile Phlebotomist - PRN

Getlabs is the leading platform for at‑home diagnostics. Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. About the Role We are currently seeking a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist with experience in hospitals, office, or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Visit patients in their home or office; drive to and from appointments in your own vehicle. Process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories. Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and specimen processing with a high degree of accuracy. Adapt to a rapid high‑growth environment. Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours. As PRN, confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead. Based on submitted availability, the leader will schedule you in advance or call you as needed for shifts. Expected availability: a minimum of three (3) days a week between 5 am–1 pm, Monday through Friday. Eligible to work up to 29 hours a week but not guaranteed any hours. Qualifications Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred). Experience processing samples. Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT. Proven track record in exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to drive in the dark (first appointments may be as early as 5 am). Physical ability to access patients (kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching). Physical ability to navigate patients’ homes (climbing stairs, carrying 15 pounds). Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Proof of first COVID‑19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment. Bonus: Fluency in Spanish. Benefits W2 employment at $24/hr. Flexible schedule.
