Assignment Details

• Location: Northside Hospital Atlanta
  1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342
• Unit: 660A Surgery – Ground Floor
• Shift: Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Schedule: 3x12s | 36 hours/week
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Local Policy: No local candidates within 50 miles

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for the main surgical unit at the Atlanta campus. The department operates 24/7 with a daily surgical case volume ranging from 28–55 cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience within specialty
• Recent Neuro and Thoracic surgical experience required
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• Experience with Cerner EMR required

• Orthopedics
• Neuro Surgery
• Urology
• General Surgery
• Thoracic Surgery

• 3 DaVinci XI robotic systems utilized across:

  • Thoracic Surgery
