Kingdom Care Senior Living is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The RN plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Full-Time or Part-Time Evenings (3PM - 11PM) | 3 Shifts a Week & Every Other Weekend Required

• Full-Time or Part-Time Nights (11PM - 7AM) | 3 Shifts a Week & Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders

• Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately

• Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families

• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations

• Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
