Core responsibilities

• Own timely service resolution and customer satisfaction on every call
• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance
• Complete warranty diagnostics and authorized repairs
• Suggest system improvements and modifications without sales pressure
• Service HVAC units, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Universal certification
• Degree in Heating & Air Conditioning Technology preferred
• Self-motivated with clear annual goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Proven troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair expertise for A/C, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems, and related HVAC equipment
• Clean driving record

Physical requirements

• Able to work directly on HVAC equipment
• Comfort operating in hot or cold environments based on season
• Extended standing, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work
• Lift up to 50 pounds
