If you are ready to transition into a full-service salon from a walk-in salon, moving to our area or just looking for your forever salon home we have a compensation program designed with you in mind. Our next step stylist program was created for stylists with at least six months of experience, transitioning to our salon company. In this program, you will average a guaranteed hourly rate that averages between $16-21 per hour.  This will assure your financial security as we help you ease into a full commission stylist, averaging $36,000 a year as level one stylist only working up to 32 hours per week. This career opportunity allows you to grow into a six-figure career. 

If you are currently working in a salon and fear losing your clientele we are here to make this a stress-free and successful transition and feel confident we can support you with rebuilding faster than any other salon company.
