E-Commerce Marketing, Merchandising and CRO Manager

Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing, Merchandising and CRO Manager Job Description Sitting within our E-Commerce team, this is a broad, hands-on role combining marketing, merchandising, and CRO. You'll be responsible for how our product is presented, how customers move through the site, and how we convert traffic into revenue — working across data, creative, and trading to deliver a best-in-class digital experience. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site merchandising, including product sequencing, category curation, landing pages and homepage strategy. Analyze on-site behavior, funnel performance and customer data to identify optimization opportunities. Build and execute the CRO roadmap, delivering a structured A/B testing programme across key customer journeys. Own the end-to-end customer email and SMS journey. Manage automated customer lifecycle journeys, from welcome and first purchase through to retention and reactivation. Plan and execute email newsletters, promotional campaigns and SMS marketing. Develop customer segmentation and personalized communications. Drive customer retention, loyalty, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value across e-commerce and retail stores. Optimize customer journeys to improve customer experience, engagement and conversion. Manage campaign calendars across all CRM channels. Analyze CRM performance and optimize campaigns through testing and data-driven insights. Partner with Marketing, Buying, Creative, E-Commerce and Retail teams to deliver coordinated product launches and commercial campaigns. Brief and manage agencies, technology partners and developers to deliver site improvements and optimization initiatives. About You 5+ years of experience across e-commerce, merchandising, or CRO, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. Strong commercial mindset — you think in terms of conversion, AOV, and revenue impact. Hands-on experience with Shopify (or a similar platform) and analytics tools such as GA4. Confident running structured A/B testing programmes and interpreting the results. Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable working with creative, tech, and trading stakeholders.
