Dynamic Home Health Physical Therapist Flexible Part-Time

AlfaBEST Home Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team in the Denver metro area. You will perform initial and ongoing PT assessments, develop individualized care plans, and document outcomes to meet state requirements.

Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, and mobility support while educating clients and families on exercises and safety. Independent work in diverse home environments is expected.
