Gunner Insulation and Roofing is in search for our next team member! We are one of the leading insulation and exterior companies in the twin cities metro. We are a locally owned, family run company with respect from our customers and contractors. We are looking to expand our exterior division.

When you join our team you will work with a great group of people who support each other and help you grow and succeed. You will start in a salary based potential or possible commission based.

Our office supports you with:

• Estimate appointments
• Insurance communication
• Crew scheduling
• Supplements and invoicing
• Ongoing job support

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners and inspect exterior projects
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and decks
• Help customers move forward with projects
• Stay connected throughout the job process
• Build relationships and generate referrals

What You Can Earn

• Uncapped commissions
• Typical earnings range from $5K to $20K+ per month
• Senior reps start at top commission levels
• Leadership path available with overrides as a trainer

Our proven system has supported reps producing $1M+ annually.
