The company employs c.4,100 employees across North America and Europe.Join our IPL Schoeller team in Shelbyville, Kentucky and play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate inventory tracking, valuation, and reporting for raw materials and finished goods.Lead quarterly cycle counts and support year-end inventory activities.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, production reporting issues, and variances.Maintain ERP item data and support inventory-related audits and financial reviews.Coordinate shipments, monitor product movement, and resolve shipping issues.Analyze inventory and logistics data to improve performance and efficiency.Serve as the primary contact for inventory-related inquiries and drive continuous process improvements.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.Strong Excel and ERP system experience.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and influence cross-functional teams.Injection molding experience is a plus.If you have the above experience and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference, apply today to find out more!
