Sales Account Director - Hyperscaler Accounts

Job Overview FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) is a leading provider of test and measurement technologies across the semiconductor product life cycle. This role, the Sales Account Director – Hyperscaler Accounts, drives high‑level customer engagement, business growth, and long‑term partnership development with our most strategic hyperscaler customers in the semiconductor industry. The position is day‑shift hours and located in Livermore, California, with a remote‑eligible list of states. Key Responsibilities Own the global hyperscaler account strategy, governance, and performance with enterprise‑level scope and impact. Build trusted relationships, serve as the primary commercial point of accountability, and lead long‑term partnership development through roadmap alignment, solution co‑creation, and strategic collaboration. Identify growth opportunities by aligning customer needs with FormFactor’s differentiated value solutions to achieve annual business objectives. Drive global account strategy across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordinated execution with FAEs, BUs, regional sales, service teams, and Sales Operations. Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmap, solution strategy, and operational priorities. Accountable for revenue growth, margin performance, and overall commercial outcomes for assigned accounts, overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, risk assessment, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial terms. Pay & Benefits Required Pay Range:$276,100 – $362,355 per year (Livermore, California). Pay may vary in other locations.
