Fleet Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, trailers, and small engine equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Track and issue equipment to crews, ensuring all tools and vehicles are in safe working condition.
• Refuel equipment and fill gas cans as needed to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Ford pickup trucks, skid loaders, commercial mowing equipment, and small engines.
• Basic computer skills for tracking equipment and maintenance records.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work well with others.
