The team partners with ambitious brands to build scalable customer acquisition systems, optimise digital experiences, and deliver measurable business growth.We support 100+ active clients with a team of 8. We're building toward market leadership in digital growth, and we're looking for people who want to help build that with us.The Role:This is a client relationship role. Our sales team closes new clients; you take it from there. You'll own onboarding, run client strategy, manage delivery, and grow accounts over the lifetime of the relationship. You won't prospect or sell - that's not the job.You'll ramp to a book of 50-60 clients over 12 months, backed by our service delivery team and AI tooling. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you'll take full ownership of the client relationships handed to you by sales. We have documented SOPs covering the full account management process, from onboarding through strategy sessions, delivery, and reporting.What You'll Do:Own client onboarding so every new client feels the upgrade from day oneManage a growing portfolio of clients, ramping to 50-60 over 12 monthsRun client strategy and deliverables in partnership with our service delivery teamManage client communications, including monthly calls and ongoing check-insHandle client escalations calmly, with clear solutions that protect the relationshipIdentify and act on account growth opportunitiesCollaborate with the delivery team on complex client situationsWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of agency-side experienceA track record of client retention and account expansionStrong, clear communication skillsHigh tolerance for pressure - you'll manage a high volume of client relationships xhyhwjd and handle escalations calmlySelf-directed - we're a team of 8, so autonomy mattersThis Role Isn't For You If:You're early in your career and haven't managed client relationships beforeYou struggle under pressure or with a high volume of accountsYou need significant structure or oversight to stay on trackCompensation:Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 (experience dependent)Uncapped performance compensation, with realistic OTE of $100,000–$120,000We pay above-market rates in lieu of a traditional benefits package - more take-home pay, less overheadNo sales prospecting, ever - a dedicated sales team fills your bookRemote-first, with Sarasota HQ available for hybrid work
