We are seeking a dynamic, leadership-driven Physical Therapist to steer our team as Clinic Director.
The Opportunity:
This role offers a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with strategic leadership. As the Clinic Director, you will not only provide top-tier orthopedic care but also drive the clinic’s growth, build a strong team, and shape the operational culture. You will have a direct hand in local community outreach, program development, and operational decision-making, giving you true ownership over the
clinic's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and workflow.
- Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Mentor, train, and develop staff physical therapists and support personnel.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic productivity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the local community.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
- 3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
