We're seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent night shift opportunity in Mattoon, IL . Compensation & Schedule

• $37.23 – $57.71/hour (Based on Experience)
• +$4.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential (Stackable)
• Potential Sign-On Bonus
• Potential Relocation Assistance
• Full-Time | Permanent
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being while responding to obstetric emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, newborn care, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards.
• Serve as a clinical leader and support team coordination during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• NRP Certification (Required within 1 year of hire)
• BLS/CPR Certification
• ACLS (Preferred within 90 days of hire)
