Travel RN Critical Access Hospital
Location: White Sulphur Springs, MontanaSpecialty: Critical Access Hospital RN (ER / Inpatient)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 36 Hours/Week | Quick Start We are seeking an experienced Critical Access Hospital Registered Nurse to provide care in both the Emergency Department and Acute Care Unit. This role is ideal for an independent RN who is confident working in a rural hospital environment with low patient volumes and a broad scope of practice. Requirements
Active Montana RN License
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 3 years of RN Emergency Department and Acute Care Unit experience
Strong Emergency Department experience with independent triage skills
Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
TNCC preferred
ENPC preferred
Team-oriented with leadership and supervisory skills
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in both the Emergency Department and Acute Care Unit
Independently triage and assess emergency patients
Care for low-volume inpatient and emergency cases
Supervise and collaborate with the LPN and CNA during each shift
Assist Long-Term Care residents with rounds and nighttime care, including toileting
Respond effectively to emergencies while maintaining high-quality patient care
Document patient care using CPSI/Evident EMR
Support a collaborative, patient-focused rural healthcare team
Assignment Details
13-week travel assignment
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
36 guaranteed hours per week
Holiday coverage required
No on-call requirement
