Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for the Step Down Unit (Progressive Care) in Anchorage, AK. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity stepdown environment, providing critical care to patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN for the Step Down Unit / Progressive Care

• Provide specialized care for patients transitioning from Intensive Care
• Monitor patient conditions through cardiac and telemetry equipment
• Administer medications and titratable drips
• Perform emergent cardioversion when necessary
• Conduct physical assessments and maintain patient safety rounds

Requirements of the RN for the Step Down Unit / Progressive Care

• Current AK RN license (permanent, not temporary)
• 1 year of step-down ICU/IMC/PCU experience
• 1 year of telemetry/cardiac monitoring experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH-SS
