Mental Health Clinician - AMFT/ASW/APCC/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated mental health clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.
As a mental health clinician, you will collaborate closely with a clinical supervisor for weekly consultations and guidance on your cases. You will also work with a case manager who will assist you with administrative tasks to ensure the best care for your clients and help you navigate our programs effectively.
- Conduct client intakes and therapy sessions to manage your caseload. - Learn and utilize our platforms and resources to provide effective and accurate client services and documentation. - Collaborate with your team to develop and implement additional services, such as content creation and outreach programs.
Experience: - Working with individuals who have experienced trauma. - Diagnosing mental health conditions. - Creating and implementing treatment plans.
Qualities: - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure optimal client care. - Strong accountability and a sense of ownership in your work. - A proactive attitude and a passion for helping the community. - Openness to learning and receiving feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
- Active registration with your relevant licensing board. - Flexibility to provide services in person or remotely, with opportunities to work in the way that best suits your preferences and client needs. - Willingness to learn and adapt to various therapeutic and administrative platforms.
