Van Driver – Flexible Hours | $16/hr

Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: 15–30 per week (varies)
Schedule: Must be flexible – days, nights, weekends, overtime

You’ll be driving a 15-passenger van transporting our employees to and from work. Sounds simple—but this job is more than just driving.

• You’ll be driving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Overtime runs happen regularly (including nights and weekends)
• Schedules can change last minute
• You’ll be working with a wide range of personalities and life situations
• Some days are smooth—some are not

This job requires patience, reliability, and thick skin

• Drive employees safely to and from job sites
• Be on time—our employees depend on you to get to work
• Handle schedule changes and extra runs when needed
• Keep accurate logs (phone app + paper logs)
• Communicate with team and passengers
• Stay calm and professional, even in difficult situations

• Valid Driver’s License (no CDL required)
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Comfortable driving a 15-passenger van
• Able to work flexible hours (including nights & weekends)
• Basic tech skills (using apps, tracking time/logs)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable—this is not a “call off a lot” type of job

• Can handle tough conversations or attitudes without taking it personally
• Like being on the move instead of sitting at a desk
• Want a job where you’re actually helping people get back on their feet

• You need a fixed schedule
