We are a luxury men’s grooming club delivering an elevated experience through premium haircuts, shaves, hand and foot care, memberships, and personalized service in a masculine, upscale environment. We are seeking a polished, energetic, and highly motivated Brand Ambassador / Membership Sales Associate to help launch and grow our Lenexa location. This role is ideal for someone with strong retail sales and marketing experience who thrives in a client‑facing environment and knows how to create excitement around a premium brand. What You’ll Do Represent the Hammer & Nails brand with professionalism, confidence, and style Engage with prospective clients and explain our luxury grooming experience Educate guests on memberships, services, and founding member opportunities Drive membership sales and help grow our client base Build relationships within the local community and generate referrals Support promotional events, outreach efforts, and in‑shop marketing initiatives Deliver an exceptional first impression and customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong background in retail sales, hospitality, luxury services, fitness memberships, or brand marketing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing personality with a polished and professional appearance Comfortable initiating conversations and closing sales Ability to explain products, services, and membership options clearly Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented Passion for luxury brands and customer experience Local to the Lenexa / Overland Park / Kansas City area Schedule Requirements Part‑time position Must be available Saturday mornings Additional weekday and event hours scheduled as needed Compensation Hourly pay + membership sales incentives/commission Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding luxury grooming brand If you enjoy connecting with people, representing premium brands, and helping create an unforgettable client experience, we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hammer and Nails - Grooming for Guys
