Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include carrying out individualized care plans, documenting in EMR, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
