Operator-In-Training / CNC Machine OperatorAs an Operator-In-Training / CNC Machine Operator, you will:Demonstrate exceptional attendanceLoad parts, operate machine controls, machine components, inspect finished parts, and deburr as requiredMonitor parts during production to ensure conformance to quality and customer requirementsFollow established processes, sequences of operations, and setup requirements (with supervision as needed)Read and interpret basic blueprint dimensions and tolerancesMeet Earned Standard Hours goals and performance objectivesComplete all required documentation accurately, including:PCDsJob clock-in/clock-out entriesDaily operator checklistsPaper and/or Syteline recordsFollow Orizon's procedures for identifying, documenting, and controlling nonconforming partsParticipate in and sustain Ultra C-Lean initiativesMaintain proper inventory and care of hand tools and inspection equipmentDetect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and promptly report issues to the Cell Leader or supervisionMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with all policies and proceduresPerform machine setups and tool offsets (verified by a Team Lead or Machinist before production)Accurately complete the Tie-In Book, including detailed notes on completed work, tool issues, machine alerts, setup checks, and shadow boardsMark each unloaded part with your employee number and associated operation number (PCD or IR aligned)Perform other duties as assigned by supervisionEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
