We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our Lone Tree, CO team. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on clinical experience, the ability to work closely with experienced healthcare providers, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients throughout their healthcare journey. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding patient support in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:15 AM-4:15 PM, with one weekend a month.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities: 

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Practice phlebotomy
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

  Academic Training:

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
• Phlebotomy Program – preferred

Requirements: 

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred
• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
