Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Neuro/Ortho/Trauma for a busy surgical unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to neurosurgical patients, including those undergoing spinal surgeries, brain tumor treatments, and joint replacements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for neurosurgical patients with conditions such as spinal fractures and seizure disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for documentation and communication.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Neuro/Neurosurgical experience is essential.
• No specific certifications required.
