- Accurately pick and pack auto parts orders to meet production requirements.
- Utilize a reach truck to retrieve items stored on tall racks as needed, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and support the team with various related tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in order picking or related warehouse operations.
- Reach truck experience is highly desired; certification preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $20, commensurate with experience.
