Title ClerkWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk to support our lending and title operations. This role is responsible for managing vehicle titles, lien filings, title transfers, and lien releases while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.Key Responsibilities:Process vehicle titles, title transfers, and lien releasesReview title and loan documentation for accuracy and completenessMonitor the receipt and tracking of auto loan packagesFile and perfect vehicle liens and security agreementsCoordinate with lending teams, dealerships, title agencies, and government officesMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsAssist with title-related inquiries and support internal team members as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required1-3 years of automotive title processing experienceExperience filing and releasing vehicle liensStrong data entry and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesViTu system experience preferredBanking, credit union, or lending experience preferredThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
