What’s a typical day as Office Coordinator & Accounting Support? You’ll be:

• Managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable
• Performing reporting and analysis duties for management
• Assisting with the creation of spreadsheets and supporting projects
• Answering incoming phone calls and delivering unsurpassed customer service to clients and field personnel
• Providing general administrative support services
• Sharing ideas for improvement, including process development, documentation, and tracking key metrics to demonstrate success

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable (required)
• Bring construction industry experience (required)
• Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance
• Are passionate about taking pride in your work, being hardworking, communicating openly, and solving problems effectively
• Have knowledge of GP software (a plus, but not required)
